DELIVERY POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERING SITE

Any orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched via APC on a Next Working Day basis. Orders placed after this cut off may take up to 2-3 working days.

If you require Saturday delivery or a specific AM delivery service then this can be arranged by contacting us directly.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Please note that we only currently ship to Mainland UK addresses (Zone A: click here to view map). Any orders which are placed for international addresses or addresses which fall outside of Zone A may be refunded or subject to additional carriage charges.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Our standard Next Working Day delivery charges are worked out on the basis of the total value and total shipping weight of your order as follows;

£0 – £50 inc. VAT (Under 30kg) – £5.95

Any order which exceeds 30kg total packed weight will incur a £15.00 + VAT Delivery charge

Any order which exceeds 100kg total packed weight will incur a £50.00 + VAT Delivery charge

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with an order reference number. A member of our sales team should also contact you with an APC tracking number upon dispatch.
