100 AHT ACETY HEATING NOZZLE

The AHT 100 is the top of the AHT range, delivering serious heat for heavy fabrication, plant repair and structural work. It's built for pre-heating thick sections and castings before welding, and for heating large steel sections for bending and forming. Its large multi-hole head puts out a wide, powerful flame that brings heavy work up to temperature fast. This size needs a properly sized gas supply.

• Heat output: approx. 139,000 BTU/h (41 kW)
• Acetylene consumption: approx. 47.2 l/min (100 cu ft/h)
• Oxygen consumption: approx. 52 l/min
• Starting pressure: 0.5–0.7 bar acetylene and 0.7 bar oxygen, adjusted to a neutral flame
• Gas supply: minimum two acetylene cylinders on a manifold; three recommended in cold weather or for extended heating
• Gases: oxygen and acetylene only
