Use the Combi 60 grit ceramic wheels for edge shaping, surface damage removal, and even light scale removal on stainless steel to achieve a consistent grain finish.

For a fine satin finish, follow the FMCM/60 with either an FMCM/80 wheel or FMTM, depending on the desired final finish.

Use with the Finimaster Pro machine or M14-driven satin polishing machines.

Cibo’s Ceramic Combi Grinding Wheels

The ceramic combi wheel combines aggressive ceramic linen with soft tex, providing a dual-function wheel. Press hard for aggressive grinding with high capacity, or grind with less pressure to create a fine, smooth finish.

This wheel allows grinding from a 2B finish to a polished finish 220 in one step. The ceramic linen generates lower temperatures, enabling the machining of very thin plates without deformation from excessive heat.

Applications:

• Brush thin (curved) plates
• Clean up surfaces to be welded
• Remove damage or machine markings and refinish in one step
• Completely remove mill scale (cold rolled) and brush to industrial finish 220 in one step
• Prepare surfaces for paints and coatings
