The RCD Ultra Coarse 125mm Rapid Combination disc is designed for MIG weld removal and shaping aluminum curves, providing smooth operation without jumping or metal snatching. Its open structure leaves a finish ready for powder coating without additional work.
Using the Ultra Coarse flap discs on aluminum welds significantly reduces processing and finishing time. The Cibo RCD Flap Disc grinds weld seams down in a single operation, combining two advanced abrasive materials. Traditionally requiring three steps, weld seam removal now takes just one.
