Introducing the RCD Very Fine 125mm combination flap discs.

Effortlessly equipped to eliminate fine TIG welds on stainless steel handrails, leaving a pristine 320-grit satin finish in a single action. For slightly heavier welds, it is recommended to sand the weld with the RCD 125mm Medium disc first. Note that if you are unfamiliar with the RCD, watching the instructional video on the product category pages is highly recommended.

The RCD discs challenge conventional sanding norms:
- Feel free to linger on the weld; significant effort is required to undercut or flat-spot the metal.
- Sand to create sanding lines parallel with your tube (even though it may feel unconventional initially), eliminating the need for an additional sanding process to change the direction of the sanding lines.

Aspiring for a mirror polish? Follow these stages:
1. Remove the weld with the RCD Medium (or proceed directly to stage 2).
2. Refine with the RCD Very Fine.
3. Pre-polish with the SAG Grade 5.
4. Polish with the VAP Z felt disc and our PV/101 polish.
