Introducing our 115mm SAG grade 6 unitised polishing discs: These discs are versatile, handling weld blueing removal, cleaning, fine polishing, deburring, scratch removal, and more.

Our SAG grade 6 discs offer increased strength compared to our popular grade 5 discs, making them ideal for tougher tasks like burr and edge removal while still providing an exceptional bright finish. They can be used at half the speed of a traditional angle grinder but are rated safe for up to 11,000rpm.

On stainless steel, the 125mm SAG 6 disc excels at light scratch removal, deburring, pre-polishing, and effortlessly erasing P240 grit scratches.

For aluminum, it efficiently removes and shapes corner welds, eliminates oxidation, leaving behind a clean, bright surface.

On brass, it tackles heavy scratches, edges, and weld blending, leaving a polished finish.

Unitised discs, like our Rebel One, feature a 3D nylon web infused with resin and abrasive grains, layered to specific densities for optimal performance.
