Premium-grade aluminium MIG wire designed for demanding applications requiring exceptional seawater corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength.

Mechanical Properties (Welded Metal):

• Tensile Strength: 275 N/mm².
• Yield Strength: 130 N/mm².
• Elongation: 18%.

Chemical Composition (%): Al (balance), Mg 4.3–5.2, Mn 0.50–1.0, Si ≤0.40, Fe ≤0.40, Cu ≤0.10, Cr 0.05–0.25, Zn ≤0.25, Ti ≤0.15, Be ≤0.0003, Others ≤0.15.

Compatible Alloys: AlMg4.5Mn / AlMg5 / AlMg2Mn0.8 / AlZnMg1 / AlZnMgCu0.5 / AlMgSi0.5 / AlMgSi1 / G-AlMg10 / G-AlMg5 / G-AlMg3Si / G-AlMg5Si.
