Choosing the Right GA Combi Grade

Rebel One Combi Unitised discs are available in two grades, each suited to different preferences and tasks:

• GA/7 – Medium weld removal with an exceptionally fine final finish.

What Makes Combi Unitised Discs Unique?

GA discs use a patented two‑layer construction:

• Hard core – Fast, flawless weld grinding.
• Soft outer sides – Smooth, flexible finishing to the highest standard.

Tips for Best Results

1. Speed – Run at 3,000 rpm. Higher speeds cause premature wear; lower speeds reduce efficiency and increase vibration.
2. Angle & Movement – Work at 45°, glide steadily along the weld, and let the disc cut without excessive pressure.
3. Use the Sides – Flex the disc so only the sides contact the workpiece. Use a zig‑zag motion for a complete, even finish.
