For refining stainless steel from a satin finish to a mirror polish on Metabo, Flex, and Fein burnishing drum sanders, consider using 3M Trizact 280mm x 100mm belts graded A160. These belts are recommended following a P150 or 180 traditional abrasive belt. To refine the sanding marks left by the A160, proceed with Trizact A65 belts for a consistent finish.

Trizact A160 finishing belts provide a consistent and defined Ra surface finish. Utilize 280mm x 100mm Trizact belts sequentially to achieve either a bright mirror polish or a soft satin finish.

These belts are excellent for aerospace, stainless steel, and metal polishing applications. For optimal results, follow this polishing sequence: A160 – A65 – A30 – A16 – A6 – FMPR flannel wheel.
