Description: MHIT Inoxitape is a 5-meter long, self-adhesive stainless steel shim tape provided in a convenient dispensing box. It shields the workpiece during sanding and brush finishing of stainless steel.

Application:

Tips & Tricks: Brush the weld seam in mitre.

1. Cut: Use scissors to cut the Inoxitape to the desired length.
2. Apply: Ensure the workpiece is cooled before application. Remove the adhesive backing and precisely align the tape edge where the mitre joint line is desired. Press the Inoxitape firmly onto the metal surface.
3. Sand: Sand along the structure lengthwise, using a tex or combi brush, up to the Inoxitape. Use a wheel to brush along the tape to ensure proper alignment along the cutting line, allowing you to work close to the tape without crossing the finishing wheel's side.
4. Repeat: Turn the workpiece and apply the Inoxitape to the other side of the mitre. Repeat the sanding process on this side.
5. Finish: Remove the Inoxitape to reveal a perfect mitre finish on the stainless steel. The tape can be reused multiple times. For optimal results, ensure the surface is cool and work with low pressure while sanding.

Final Touch: Clean the surface with SPIC Inoxiclean protection spray and wipe with a soft cloth to remove any remaining sanding residue and adhesive, and to protect against fingerprints and grease stains.
