The ABICLEANER 800 offers a clean, safe and efficient alternative to abrasive grinding or pickling pastes. Using electrochemical cleaning, it removes heat tint and weld discoloration without scratching or damaging the stainless steel surface. The carbon fibre brush contains millions of fine filaments, allowing it to reach tight areas such as inner seams on railings and other difficult‑to‑access welds. With an output of 80 amps at a 100% duty cycle, it delivers consistent performance even during continuous use. Because it operates on alternating current, the ABICLEANER is ideal for applications where tarnish must be avoided. It is widely used for cleaning and passivating stainless steel components in architectural metalwork, railings, facades, pipeline construction, and chemical or plant engineering. The system removes tarnish colours without harming the surface finish and preserves delicate textures such as patterned or waffle‑finish stainless steel. Unlike toxic pickling pastes or abrasive tools, it uses a hydrofluoric‑acid‑free electrolyte and leaves no grinding marks.
