WELDGAS CO2 HEATER/REGULATOR - 110V 1PH SIDE ENTRY - 1 GAUGE

This is an electrically heated CO2 regulator from the Weldgas Eco range, built for MIG/MAG welding where high or continuous CO2 flow would freeze a standard regulator.

When CO2 expands through a regulator, it cools sharply. At high flow rates, or during long continuous runs, ice can form inside, restricting or stopping the gas flow and causing porosity and downtime. The built-in 110V heater warms the gas at the inlet to prevent freezing, giving a steady flow for the whole shift.
