The TITANIUM 400 AC/DC is a high-performance TIG AC/DC generator (400 A at 60%) designed to offer a wide choice of welding processes (TIG AC, DC, MMA). It can be used to weld all types of materials, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and titanium. Also ideal for welding thin layers, its Pulsed mode reduces distortion and ensures better arc control. Intuitive and highly functional, its digital interface makes it easy to adjust the welding parameters.

6 TIG WELDING MODES

• TIG DC - Standard: Ensures high-quality welding on all ferrous materials such as steel and stainless steel, but also copper and its alloys, titanium, etc.
• TIG DC Pulsed: Controls the temperature of the molten pool, limits deformation and thus enables the assembly of thin sheets from 0.3 mm.
• FastPulse: pulses up to 20 kHz on special steels.
• AC Pulsed: precise control of penetration by setting the AC frequency (pulses up to 500 Hz).
• TIG AC - Standard: dedicated to welding aluminium and its alloys (Al, AlSi, AlMg, AlMn, etc.). The alternating current pickles the aluminium beforehand to ensure a quality weld.
•  AC Mix: alternating AC and DC currents to increase welding speed.
