WELD BACKING TAPE - 12.5MTR X 50MM - 100 AMP

This range of Weld backing tape is a simple, cost-effective alternative to using back purging gas. Apply a strip of self-adhesive tape to the back of the weld to reduce weld oxidation and provide support to the back of the weld. Suitable for use on large diameter pipes, vessels or flat plate where cosmetic appearance and/or weld integrity is deemed important.

• Constructed from high-temperature aluminium tape and fibre glass cloth
• Available in 50mm (100Amp) or 100mm (200Amp) widths in roll lengths of 12.5 metres.
